Our Understanding Quality

The quality control process at NETBOR laboratory consists of three stages.
  1. Incoming quality control process
  2. In-process quality control process
  3. Final quality control process

1 Incoming Quality Control Process:

According to the "Input Control Plan" determined by NETBOR, incoming quality control tests are applied to all raw materials and auxiliary materials supplied by our suppliers. Samples taken from each lot of raw materials and auxiliary materials delivered in batches must pass all physical and chemical tests in the accredited Netbor NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory according to the input quality plan and receive an "Approved for Production" confirmation.

2 In-Process Quality Control Process:

During the production process using raw materials approved as "suitable for production," samples taken on the production lines, during production, and immediately after production are tested according to the type tests defined by national standards at the accredited Netbor NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory and are regularly recorded. Additionally, our production staff carefully inspects each pipe during production in accordance with the in-process control procedure.

During the in-process control stage, ultrasonic measuring devices on the production lines automatically measure wall thickness simultaneously with production. In case of non-standard conditions, a warning system activates to prevent defective production. Our products must pass all tests performed according to the control frequency and numbers specified in the standards to receive the "Quality Approval."

3 Final Quality Control Process:

Products that have received quality approval must receive the "Ready for Shipment" approval after identification, labeling, stacking, and final geometric and visual conformity checks.
Additionally, our accredited Netbor NETLAB Conformity Assessment Laboratory, accredited by TURKAK, and our quality system and products are audited at least once a year by representatives authorized by TSE. Both our quality system, laboratory compliance, and products undergo necessary tests and inspections before being offered to our customers.
